🍞 Job Summary: Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker with hands-on experience in preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bakery techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items such as breads, rolls, croissants, cakes, muffins, and pastries.
• Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately using baking equipment.
• Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and timings as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant setup.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Creativity in product presentation is a plus.

🍞 Job Summary: Commi 1

We are looking for a dedicated Commi 1 – Bakery to assist in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, and other baked items. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in bakery operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Solid understanding of basic baking techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
