📋 Key Responsibilities
- Agency-Wide Leadership: Oversee operations across departments including HR and Finance, ensuring seamless project delivery and performance.
- Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise between CEO and teams to ensure strategic initiative execution.
- HR Oversight: Partner with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Finance Oversight: Work with finance team to manage budgets and align financial goals.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily office operations to ensure a high-performing environment.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs; provide actionable reporting to the CEO.
- Resource Management: Maintain budget, timelines, and quality standards across projects.
